Ingredients

  1. 200 g Yellow Bell Pepper

  2. 40 g Vegan Protein Powder

  3. 20 g Rice Cakes

  4. 200 g Hummus

Procedure

  1. Cut the yellow pepper into fine slices, to be eaten together with the rice cakes and hummus.

  2. Mix the protein powder with water to have a protein shake.
