Let me take you down memory lane, as a kid in Mauritius, where my brother and I would be visiting our friend who had a mango tree in his backyard, where we would climb, pick some mangos and make this delicious salad with a kick from chilis. You can use ripe or even greener ones.
Ingredients
2 Mangos (preferably not too ripe)
1 Chili
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/5 Tsp Ground Pepper
1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
6 Tbsp Vinegar
Procedure
Peel & slice the mangos.
Finely chop the chili.
Put everything into a bowl and add salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
Mix everything well together.
It's now ready, but you can let the mangos get well marinated by letting it stand for a couple of hours in the fridge, or if you are in a sunny place, in the sun.
