It can be recommended to do this warm-up prior to our workouts, to reduce the risk of injuries & to better your results.

The WARM-UP:
 
1. Wrist stretches (1 min)
 
2. Bent-over Stretch (1 min)
 
3. Pigeon Stretch (1 min each side)
 
4. Spiderman & Reach (1 min each side)
 
5. Walk Outs (1 min)
 
6. Side-to-Side Jacks (1 min)
 
7. Alternating high-knee hugs (1 min)
 
8. Air Squats (1 min)
 
9. Alternating Lunges (1 min)
