Ingredients

  1. 50 g Yellow Bell Pepper

  2. 60 g Vegan Protein Powder

  3. 20 g Rice Cakes

  4. 20 g Hummus

  5. 60 g Avocado

Procedure

  1. Cut the yellow pepper into fine slices, to be eaten together with the rice cakes, hummus and avocado.

  2. Mix the protein powder with water to have a protein shake.
