Mushroom Tomato Stew

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1-2 dry chilies

  • 20 cherry tomatoes

  • 20 g ginger

  • 250 g mushrooms

  • Salt

  • 1 tsp thyme

Procedure

  1. Chop the mushrooms and tomatoes; and finely cut the garlic, chillies and ginger.

  2. Fry the mushroom, garlic & ginger to light brown colour.

  3. Add the tomato, salt (to taste), thyme and chilli.

  4. Steam under a lid at medium to high heat.
