Ingredients
1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1-2 dry chilies
20 cherry tomatoes
20 g ginger
250 g mushrooms
Salt
1 tsp thyme
Procedure
Chop the mushrooms and tomatoes; and finely cut the garlic, chillies and ginger.
Fry the mushroom, garlic & ginger to light brown colour.
Add the tomato, salt (to taste), thyme and chilli.
Steam under a lid at medium to high heat.
