  2. 50 g Rye Bread

  3. 65 g Vegan Protein Powder

  4. 15 g Cashews

Procedure

  1. On the rye bread, apply the avocado.

  2. Season avocado with black pepper to give it a kick.

  3. The nuts are eaten on the side.
