Ingredients
5 g cacao nibs
200 g banana
100 g strawberry
2 g vanilla pod
17 g almond milk
Procedure
Peel overripe bananas.
Cut the bananas in small pieces.
Place the banana pieces in a container.
Freeze banana by placing the container in a freezer.
Cut a 2 g vanilla pod along its length to free its content.
Cut the vaqnilla pod in as small pieces as possible.
Blend 200 g frozen banana with the cut vanilla pod and its content.
Add 17 g almond milk inbetween the blending to get the desired ice cream texture.
Blend again. The ice cream is now ready.
Top with 5 g of cacao nibs.
Top with 100 g strawberries.
