Healthy Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream

Servings: 1 Calories & Macros: 247 kcal; Protein 4 g (5%), Carbs 56 g (83%), Fat 4 g (12 %)

Freeze Time: 4 hours


Ingredients

  1. 5 g cacao nibs

  2. 200 g banana

  3. 100 g strawberry

  4. 2 g vanilla pod

  5. 17 g almond milk

Procedure

  1. Peel overripe bananas.

  2. Cut the bananas in small pieces.

  3. Place the banana pieces in a container.

  4. Freeze banana by placing the container in a freezer.

  5. Cut a 2 g vanilla pod along its length to free its content.

  6. Cut the vaqnilla pod in as small pieces as possible.

  7. Blend 200 g frozen banana with the cut vanilla pod and its content.

  8. Add 17 g almond milk inbetween the blending to get the desired ice cream texture.

  9. Blend again. The ice cream is now ready.

  10. Top with 5 g of cacao nibs.

  11. Top with 100 g strawberries.
