Ingredients
100 g Boiled Kidney Beans (Canned can be used)
15 Peanuts
80 g Boiled Corn
60 g Shelled edamame
200 g Tomatoes
50 g Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
50 g Boiled Green Peas
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
35 g Vegan Protein Powder
1 Tsp Herbes de Provences
Procedure
Cut the onions & garlic into small pieces.
Lightly fry the onions & garlic in a pot with olive oil.
Add the edamame beans, maize corn, green peas and kidney beans to the pot, and fry for few minutes. Stir well!
Add the canned tomatoes, including the sauce, into the pot.
Boil the mixture for 10 minutes at medium to high heat. Stir well!
Add salt, pepper and herbes de provence.
Add mixture to plate and sprinkle the peanuts all over.
Prepare a protein shake to accompany the meal, by mixing the protein powder with water.
