Vegan Fluffy Pancakes

Servings: 4

  1. 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  2. 400 mL Oat Milk

  3. 1 Tsp Vanilla sugar

  4. 2 Tsp Brown Sugar

  5. 1 Tbsp Baking Powder

  6. 300 g Wheat Flour


  1. Whip the wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and normal sugar in a bowl.

  2. Slowly pour in the oat milk and mix to a uniform mass.

  3. Heat a pan to medium heat and add the coconut oil.

  4. 2 tablespoons of the mixture will make a pancake. Fry them for about 3 minutes on each side until golden in colour.

  5. You can serve them warm with berries and/or maple sirup.


Fry for about 3 minutes per side.

Time to turn to the other side!
