Ingredients
150 g corn flour (soaked in water for an hour)
400 g coconut milk
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
4 cardamom pods
25 g sugar (quantity can vary depending on the desired taste)
55 g desiccated coconut
2 dL oat milk
Procedure
Crush the cardamom pods in a mortar and throw the pods out after emptying them and keeping the content.
In a pot, boil the oat milk and coconut milk together.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar and cardamom pod content to the pot.
Remove the water from the corn flour.
Slowly add the maize flour to the mixture, all while stirring continuously.
Boil for 2-3 min at low heat, while stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Pour into a container with straight vertical sides like a plate or bowl.
Right after, sprinkle with desiccated coconut on top.
