Ingredients

  1. 500 g ladyfingers

  2. 1 tbsp salt

  3. 4 tbsp olive oil


Procedure

  1. Chop and then rinse the ladyfingers.

  2. Marinate in salt.

  3. Fry in a pan till light brown.


Enjoy with for example a rice dish!
