Ingredients

  1. 25 g banana

  2. 40 g whole wheat toast

  3. 20 g chunky peanut butter

  4. 45 g Vegan Protein Powder


Procedure

  1. Prepare a protein shake by mixing the protein powder with water, to accompany the meal.

  2. Spread the peanut butter on the toast bread.

  3. Slice the banana in pieces and put on top of toast.


Tip: Toast the bread for extra crunch to the bite.
