Rice Cakes With Tofu, Avocado & Banana

Ingredients

  1. 20 g Avocado

  2. 300 g Firm Tofu

  3. 30 g Rice cakes

  4. 150 g Banana

  5. 1/3 Tsp Sesame Seeds

  6. 1 Tsp Sea Salt

  7. 1 Tsp Garlic Powder


Procedure

  1. Make thin slices of the tofu and sprinkle with garlic powder and sea salt on both sides.

  2. Bake the tofu in the oven.

  3. Eat the tofu with avocado, rice cakes and banana.

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the avocado.
