Ingredients
55 g Onion
6 g Garlic
75 g Tomato
3 g Salt
3 g Pepper
500 g Frozen Whole Leaf Spinach
50 mL Water
9 g Olive Oil
Procedure
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Cut the garlic & onion into small pieces.
Lightly fry the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add the cut tomato and mix together.
Right after, add the frozen spinach and mix together.
Right after, add 50 mL water and keep cooking until the spinach is no longer frozen and the added water has evaporated.
Season with salt & pepper.
