Tasty Steamed Spinach

Steamed spinach on a plate.


  1. 55 g Onion

  2. 6 g Garlic

  3. 75 g Tomato

  4. 3 g Salt

  5. 3 g Pepper

  6. 500 g Frozen Whole Leaf Spinach

  7. 50 mL Water

  8. 9 g Olive Oil


  1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

  2. Cut the garlic & onion into small pieces.

  3. Lightly fry the onion and garlic in olive oil.

  4. Add the cut tomato and mix together.

  5. Right after, add the frozen spinach and mix together.

  6. Right after, add 50 mL water and keep cooking until the spinach is no longer frozen and the added water has evaporated.

  7. Season with salt & pepper.
