1. 45 sec Duck Walks with Pit Stops (15 s rest)
2. 45 sec Alternated Bridges (15 s rest)
3. 45 sec Alternate V-Ups (15 s rest)
4. 45 sec Alternating Lunges (15 s rest)
5. 45 sec Knee Push-up Shoulder Tap (15 s rest)
