Tortilla With Seitan & Avocado

Ingredients

  1. 120 g Whole Wheat Tortilla Wraps

  2. 5 g Cashews

  3. 40 g Avocado

  4. 100 g Seitan

  5. 50 g Carrots

  6. 5 g Sriracha Chilli Mayo Sauce

  7. 1/4 Tsp Herbs de Provence

  8. 1/5 Tsp Black Pepper

  9. 1/5 Tsp Chili Flakes

  10. 1/5 Tsp Ground Cumin


Procedure

  1. Cut the seitan in slices of desired size and place on a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Season with ground cumin, herbes de provence, black pepper and chili flakes.

  3. Bake in oven.

  4. Shred the carrots.

  5. Put everything into the tortilla wrap.

  6. Apply sriracha chilimayo sauce.
