Ingredients
50 g Whole Wheat Tortilla Wraps
5 g Cashews
40 g Avocado
200 g Seitan
50 g Carrots
1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
1/3 Tsp Chili Flakes
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Herbes de Provence
5 g Sriracha Chilimayo Sauce
Procedure
Cut the seitan in slices of desired size and place on a baking tray with baking paper.
Season with ground cumin, herbes de provence, black pepper and chili flakes.
Bake in oven.
Shred the carrots.
Prep the tortilla as described on its package.
Put everything into the tortilla wrap.
Apply sriracha chilimayo sauce.
