Ingredients
125 g Whole Wheat Tortilla Wraps
20 g Avocado
50 g Carrots
200 g Tofu
250 g Seitan
3 g Sriracha Chilimayo Sauce
1 Tsp Herbes de Provence
1 Tsp Chili Flakes
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
Procedure
Cut the tofu & seitan in slices of desired size and place on a baking tray with baking paper.
Season with ground cumin, herbes de provence, black pepper and chili flakes.
Bake in oven.
Shred the carrots.
Prep the tortilla as described on its package.
Put everything into the tortilla wrap.
Apply sriracha chilimayo sauce.
