Ingredients

  1. 300 g Oats Milk

  2. 30 g Almonds

  3. 50 g Vegan Protein Powder

  4. 50 g Oats

  5. 50 g Banana

  6. 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon


Procedure

  1. Mix the protein powder with water to make a shake to accompany the meal.

  2. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients and sprinkle cinnamon all over the surface.
