Ingredients

  1. Almonds 20 g

  2. Soy Milk 200 g

  3. Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp

  4. Vegan Protein Powder 60 g

  5. Banana 20 g

  6. Oats 30 g


Procedure

  1. Mix the protein powder with water to make a shake to accompany the meal.

  2. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients and sprinkle cinnamon all over the surface.
